A Mask for the Redness on Your Face
If you want to look just a bit tanned, but not become red under the sun, this mask will relieve you. Oat is rich in selenium, repairs the damaged skin cells and slows the aging of skin. Selenium is also effective at protecting against sunburn and skin cancer.
Coconots moisturise the skin and help to reduce the inflammation. Avocados support high amount of moisture, prevent wrinkles and protect against the sun damage.
Thanks to silica they contain, cucumbers improve collagen tissue and moisturise, cool and soothe the inflamed skin.
½ glass of oat
2 table spoons of coconut oil
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and apply the mixture on your face. Wait for about 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
